Cardioboxing

Cardioboxing is a combination of the traditional training movements of a boxer —including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows delivered to a boxing bag—structured so as to be performed in sequences, similar to those of aerobics classes, that have a primarily aerobic training effect.  Boxing is a combat sport in which two people, usually wearing protective gloves, throw punches at each other for a predetermined amount of time in a boxing ring. … Boxing is overseen by a referee over a series of one- to three-minute intervals called rounds.

Cardio kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. 

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training. 

Fitness Boot Camps

Fitness Boot Camps. … Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp class. These group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a killerworkout and a chance to sweat outside the gym
